Complaint Regarding Unacceptable Service and Conditions During My Recent Flight

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I had on my recent flight with your airline. Unfortunately, the service provided was unacceptable on multiple levels. First of all, the process of booking a ticket for my dog was extremely slow and disorganized. There was only one staff member available to assist passengers in a crowded airport, which led to significant delays and confusion. The lack of staff was evident not only at check-in but also at the security control and boarding gate. To make matters worse, no one spoke English — only German — which made communication impossible and added a great deal of stress to the situation. Moreover, I was traveling while pregnant and alone with a small child. Despite this, no one offered any assistance when I needed to carry the stroller down a flight of stairs, as there was no elevator available at the gate. This was not only inconsiderate but also unsafe, both for myself and for my child. This experience left me feeling completely helpless and unsupported. It is unacceptable for a modern airline to show such disregard for passengers’ needs — especially for those in vulnerable situations. I kindly ask you to investigate this matter and provide a formal response on how you intend to prevent similar incidents in the future. I also expect some form of compensation or symbolic gesture to acknowledge the inconvenience and distress I endured.
