Confusing signage for return flight!

On arrival - it was not clearly signposted for people that had hold luggage but were checked in already. Again on arrival - the signs showed you to go stage to security but as had hold luggage this was not possible until hold luggage checked in. Long wait at gate with no opportunity to sit down - I have osteoarthritis and need to sit down frequently. I was stood in a queue for at least 30 minutes. The boarding time was quite short hurrying people along which again was quite uncomfortable for me with a disability. The boarding for flight EI3612 was shown on screen with a different flight number - I later realised that this was because there were other flight going out from the same gate but it would be better if this could be more accurate when viewing on the flight screens. The checkin staff for Aer Lingus at checkin desk and boarding gate wasn’t very friendly - he spent most of his time walking up and down checking the size of cabin bags! No real personality to speak off!

Airport curtlidges found to be not the cleanest and restaurant prices were high. Food not of very good quality.

Lost bracelets

Staff said I had to put my bracelets on the scanner after I had already had my bags scanned and I was racing to get to my Gate which meant I lost my bracelets as I had to leave them behind. I am very upset.

I’ve flew out of Belfast int multi times. Security is usually fast and efficient. Shops are good albeit expensive but this is expect at every airport
